1. The students should earn at least 75% of attendance to appear in Board and university exams which is prerequisite and mandatory for FBISE Islamabad and University of Haripur.

2. The Student will have to qualify college internal exam with minimum 40% passing marks for submission of admission in FBISE Islamabad.

3. No student will be allowed to absent herself/himself from the college without prior permission from staff concerned and Principal.

4. Anyone who is not present in the class when attendance is taken will be marked-absent.

5. Students have to obtain parent’s signature preferably from father on the leave application.

6. Absence without valid permission in two or more classes in a single day would be marked as absence for the whole day.

7. Students will be allowed to proceed on leave only after the leave is sanctioned by the teacher concerned and the principal.

8. In case of absence due to unforeseen cause, application for leave must be submitted as soon as possible, but not later than the first day of return to the college.

9. If a student takes leave because of sickness he/she has to submit a medical certificate signed by a WAPDA or medical officer. He/she should submit it on the first day as soon he/she comes to the college after leave.

10. Medical certificate submitted late, will not be considered.

11. If a student remains absent for more than three days without any intimation, he/she will not be allowed into classroom, unless he/she meets the principal along with his/her parents.

12. No leave will be granted for monthly tests and model examinations, except in an acute emergency, which must be proved to the satisfaction of the principal.

13. Students are instructed to strictly follow the format of the leave format given in the college academic calendar.
